Bio

Vannesh is a sociologist with a specialization in criminology. I am very interested in the way technology forms and shapes our lives today, and especially in the continuing crisis between the acceptance/avoidance of technological forms and the need for them. Also of great interest in the formation of primary group relationship in a tertiary (eg: online) world. What exactly is the dividing line between the "real" world and the "online" world?

As I play in Second Life a lot, I will use this journal to describe some of my activites there, along with notes and ideas from the "real" world, involving wine, music and other things that rattle around in my brain.
